how to make a quill

so i made a quill today in like 3 minutes.  nothing special, but come on... it's a quill!  i got the idea from my friend liz's harry potter birthday.

what you need:

• a fake feather (please use a fake one)
• a pen you are willing to take apart (you only need the inside stick of the pen that holds the ink.)
• scissors
• tape (maybe, i didn't need any, but you most likely will...)

step #1:

take the feather and cut the tip off with your scissors.

step #2:

take the inside of your pen...

and stick it up the inside of your feather where you snipped it of.

step #3:

tape the pen and feather together.  (sorry i don't have a pic, but my pen just stayed in there, yours might also.)

step #4:

start writing with your harry potterness quill!
